Icon has been awarded the EuRA Quality Seal

Icon Relocation is a member of EuRA (European Relocation Association) and is bound by their ethics and rules of conduct. The stated aim of EuRA is to spread knowledge and understanding of the issues surrounding employee mobility. Further, EuRA enhances industry performance standards by communication and education.

The EuRA Quality Seal is an independent, externally audited quality assurance based on excellence in relocation service delivery and internationally recognized process management systems. As a member awarded the EuRA Quality Seal, Icon Relocation demonstrates a total commitment to quality.

The EuRA Quality Seal is the world's first accreditation programme for relocation service providers, and companies holding the seal are recognised as the leaders in excellence in relocation against which other providers are measured.

Icon Relocation was awarded the European Relocation Association (EuRA) Quality Seal in September 2008 at the first attempt, following an audit by DQS GmbH. This certification covers the delivery and administration of relocation services provided by Icon's UK offices, and ensures that our clients can be confident of receiving the highest quality of service at all times.

Continuous Service Improvement

As part of our quality programme and commitment to continuous service improvement, all of the employees that we move receive a post-relocation feedback form. This questionnaire asks the employee to rate all aspects of the service received from Icon and our partners and their overall relocation experience.

All results from returned questionnaires are collated and shared with our clients; any issues highlighted are investigated by our Quality Manager and corrective actions implemented if necessary to minimise the chance of recurrence. Our clients can be confident that we have a robust quality management system in place, supporting the delivering of high quality relocation services first time, every time.
