To ensure the departure of the employee from their rental property is smooth and well managed, we will arrange for a visit to the property (ideally a week before the departure date) to walk through any issues there may be and also ensure that the employee is fully aware of their responsibilities.

Feedback on this can then be provided to the corporate client to ensure that all matters are addressed before the property is vacated. Any maintenance work or cleaning can be arranged in advance to pre-agreed levels ensuring that the inventory inspection at the end of the rental period is successful and allowing for a swift return of the rental deposit.
