Our corporate housing solution has been developed to offer a flexible and cost effective answer to the challenges of housing project based or short term assignment staff. Whether your need is for the management of an existing portfolio of properties, the establishment of properties in a new location for a specific project, or providing support to a graduate programme, we can create a tailored service to meet your requirements and budget.

We have been providing corporate housing services across the UK since 2001 and have continually refined our processes during this time. One very popular approach we have developed is for 2 assignees (usually of the same sex) to share 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments; this ensures each assignee has a comfortable living environment, whilst demonstrating significant cost benefits to the corporate client.

We are confident that the use of our corporate housing solution for short term staff or graduates can demonstrate savings of up to 40% when compared to the use of equivalent hotel or serviced accommodation.

An efficient and tailored programme

Briefly, we search for and secure suitable properties from the open rental market, undertake all lease negotiations and then manage and maintain the properties on an on-going basis. We typically search for new build or modern properties which provide accommodation equivalent to a serviced apartment in terms of both size, and quality of fittings.

As well as settling all property related invoices on behalf of the client, Icon directly engages contractors for maintenance works and cleaners to ensure all properties are thoroughly cleaned before handing back at the end of a tenancy. This proactive approach ensures that dilapidations are minimised and excellent relationships established with local landlords.

Whilst there are a number of elements of this service which are standard, we do not provide an “off the shelf” solution; each of our corporate housing programmes has been specifically tailored to our clients needs, and can be combined with our furniture packages to provide an entirely bespoke programme suiting your assignee population. For instance, we have significant experience in supporting project-based teams from the Indian sub-continent and South East Asia and provide specific cookware and other items to assist assignees in settling-in quickly.
