We know from experience that no two employee relocations are the same, with the range of destinations, priorities and individual family requirements making every relocation unique in character. When cultural differences and local conditions are factored in, employees relocating need expert, independent advice and support to ensure they can meet these challenges and adapt to their new environment quickly.

We do not believe that “off the shelf” relocation packages can effectively meet the needs of relocating employees without compromise. Single point of coordination

In order to offer a truly personalised relocation service to employees, we believe strongly in the single point of coordination model. From our initial contact with an employee commencing the relocation process, whether a UK relocation or an international relocation, we are very clear about who their primary contact will be: whilst there may be other experts involved, our relocation coordinators oversee the entire employee relocation, coordinating the actions of other service providers and owning the move timeline.

Through this personalised approach, we deliver a superior relocation service to the relocating employee: every communication with the employee is through a named relocation coordinator who understands their situation and concerns intimately and can respond to questions quickly.

As an owner-managed and quality certified company, we aim to provide the highest quality of service first time, every time. To ensure that we maintain these standards, all of our relocating employees receive a post-relocation feedback questionnaire to complete and these results are shared with our clients at regular intervals.
