This will give you the ability to bench mark your policies against other companies whilst remaining anonymous and secure.

Please classify each policy as low, mid, or high based on the level of the employee eligible (multiple policies may be classified the same)

Example: Three days lodging, transportation, meals
11. HOME/RENTAL FINDING ASSISTANCE
Example: Up to two days paid rental finding assistance
12. TEMPORARY LIVING
Example: Renters 30 days/Homeowners 60 days
13. RETURN TRIPS
Example: Two trips, transportation costs

Example: Standard buyers closing costs reimbursed up to £1000

Example: Up to 60 days for homeowners, up to 30 days for renters
18. ANY FINAL MOVE COSTS
Example: Disturbance allowance, etc.
19. SPOUSAL ASSISTANCE
Example: Up to £1000 through third party provider
20. TAX ASSISTANCE
Example: Non-qualifying benefits that company arranges and pays the supplier directly is subject to gross up. Non-qualifying benefits where company reimburses employee are counted as earnings and taxed accordingly
