Qualified, expert support
All our operational employees undertake regular training with the relocation industry’s professional body, the European Relocation Association (EuRA), and all are Managing International Mobility (MIM) qualified within their first year at Icon. Each property management team member holds the ARLA Propertymark qualification, so they’re fully trained in estate and letting agency best practice.

Ecovadis Gold standard
We’re one of the only global mobility service providers to hold a gold sustainability rating from Ecovadis — scoring in the top 5% of all companies assessed. We’re extremely proud of this recognition, a testament to our extensive and dedicated commitment to sustainable practices.
We were assessed and rated based on our environmental, social, and ethical performance across various categories, including environmental impact, labour practices, fair business practices, and sustainable procurement.
Environmental action is a priority
We hold an ISO 14001 environmental management accreditation. We have numerous initiatives to support our efforts such as carbon offsetting in partnership with Carbon Footprint and ecolegIT, energy-efficient lighting, a Bike2Work scheme and an internal employee-led environmental committee.
The committee identifies and implements initiatives and supports progress monitoring of our CSR and ESG plans, as well as progress on our priority UN SDG commitments.
We also have sustainability and environmental policies and have been certified carbon neutral by Carbon Footprint since 2021.
Fundraising track record
Since 2001, we’ve been an advocate of social responsibility and supported a variety of charities and local community initiatives on issues ranging from mental health, ecology and cancer care. We have an employee-led committee that organises annual fundraising initiatives and votes on which causes we’ll support. Over 20 years we’ve raised tens of thousands in sponsorship and given back our time to help make a difference.
