We offer a vast range of serviced accommodation options to suit all short-term living requirements. We’ll advise you on the most suitable option for your assignees based on factors like the distance from their place of work and policy allowances. The aim is to provide a flexible, temporary solution that meets assignee needs and fits within the requirements of your policy.
Additionally, all of our partners are regularly reviewed and assessed for quality and compliance by our in-house quality assurance team to ensure they are aligned with our service values and standards.

UK short-term rentals
Our expert property support team work daily to track UK property market changes and developments, in close partnership with leading UK letting agents, to identify homes that could benefit our clients.
Thanks to our longstanding reputation, many letting agents and landlords will consider short-term lets of less than six months on properties that would normally require longer term rental contracts.
Any suitable homes can be offered as a strong alternative to a hotel or serviced accommodation, often in locations where both alternatives are limited. We also offer lease support, check-in and key handover oversight, as well as ongoing property management, as required.

Should serviced accommodation, or a short-term let not be suitable, or in locations where there are very limited options, our corporate housing service can fill this gap perfectly.
Our expert property support team research the market daily, working to identify available rental homes that Icon can secure for our clients for a short or long-term stay. We can offer this service at any location across the UK and often, depending on the local market, at prices lower than serviced accommodation.
We provide offer and lease support, check-in, key handover, furnishing and domestic services oversight as required, with ongoing property management supported by our 24×7 Cosee app, where your assignee can report any issues. In short, we can provide corporate housing equal to serviced accommodation where it cannot be sourced.
