Expense management
Since 2001, managed by our AAT qualified finance team, we have offered numerous services for global mobility budgeting and expense management. We help our clients to manage risks and compliance, and monitor ongoing spend more efficiently to avoid year-end complexities.
We undertake research of service lines and activities according to your relocation programmes and populations, helping you plan and set allowances as part of your annual review process.
We can also help manage the payment of all expenses and invoices for a relocation and an ongoing stay using our Oracle NetSuite accounts system — tracking allowances and reconciliations, monitoring budgets and exceptions — providing you with complete reporting and control.
All our expense management data can also be shared directly with clients through our Zoho Analytics platform, enabling combined reporting capabilities alongside those for relocation and moving. And to help facilitate tax administration, we also track and report on relevant information for PAYE settlement agreements and P11D submissions, enabling cost efficiencies and more robust and streamlined tax compliance.

Our award-winning case management system, MoveWise, and assignee relocation management app, Cosee, provide a unique and extensive source of data and analytics to generate specialist data-rich UK housing market reports.
